Once you have achieved your desired results.... your sessions will be graduated down towards maintenance sessions. Self care is the best way to achieve maximum results.  I recommend you stay fully hydrated (I can't stress stress how important this is), look at food portion control, eat a balanced 'diet' & just be aware of what you eat & drink. I recommend limiting fizzy, sugary, artificial sweetened & caffeinated drinks, whilst increasing your water intake.
