PAST LIFE REGRESSION
Past Life Regression Hypnotherapy has become increasingly popular over the last decade. REGRESSION PROCESS
Before we start the therapy, you are required to complete a consultation form before your appointment. from this form your consultation/pre-talk can begin.
We both will sit & have a chat, this is part of the consultation pre-talk & an important part of the therapy process. Here you can ask me anything about the therapy.
I then make sure that you are suitable for past life regression hypnotherapy.
Before we start, I will make sure that you are completely comfortable, warm, relaxed & hydrated.
Things to consider for your PLR Therapy session:
You have eaten & are hydrated
Wear loose comfortable clothing
Warm socks/no shoes worn
A note book & pen
Your own recording device (optional)
WHEN THE THERAPY BEGINS
I will guide you into complete relaxation & eventually into a trance like state by tapping into your theta brainwaves, thus into your subconscious mind.
Once this has been achieved, I will ask your subconscious mind permission to gain access to your past lives. Your subconscious then selects the past life which is relevant to the issue in your current lifetime.
Your regression session will be recorded & downloaded onto a memory stick. This is included in the introductory price £110. You can then listen to your session in your own time, to aid in your healing. You will also receive a small gift to assist with your healing.
HOW WILL YOU FEEL AFTER?
After the session, I can guarantee that you will leave feeling fantastic, with a great sense of release.
Post treatment, over the following days, you can expect the memories will become clearer. These memories will make connections & gain a deeper understanding of what was discovered within the session.
After you have had some space & time to reflect, it is recommended that you take time to listen to the playback of your session.
This playback allows you to revisit the experiences & insights gained during the session, potentially providing further understanding & allowing you to join up the dots between your past life & your current life issues.

Past Life Regression sessions are payable in advance online.
Rescheduling & cancellations requires 48 hour notice due to the duration (2 hours).
When you book & pay for my services, I commit to reserving enough time to serve you. That affects how many clients I can take on. For that reason, I do not offer refunds once your appointment begins.
N.B. Your time is valuable & so is mine. If you are late for your appointment, you lose that time. Regardless of how late you are, your appointment will end at the scheduled time. If you are a 'no show' your full payment is not refundable.
